Union Ministers S Jaishankar and Piyush Goyal will go to America this month, will participate in these meetings including the UN session

 Earlier it was reported that Jaishankar on Wednesday visited the first under-construction Hindu temple in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) capital Abu Dhabi and described it as a "symbol of peace, tolerance and harmony". Jaishankar, who arrived in the UAE on a three-day visit on Wednesday, also lauded the efforts of Indians in the construction of the iconic temple. Jaishankar tweeted, “Had the privilege of visiting the under construction Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. I appreciate the rapid progress of temple construction and all those involved. It was a great pleasure to meet the team of Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan, community members, devotees and workers at the construction site.”From New York, Jaishankar will travel to Washington DC to meet his US counterpart Antony Blinken and senior Biden administration officials. Apart from meeting US lawmakers and thinkers, the Secretary of State plans to meet eminent leaders of the Indian-American community. Jaishankar is scheduled to visit the US later this month but the high-level visit will begin with Goyal attending the ministerial meeting of the Indo-Pacific Economic Prosperity Framework (IPEF) on September 8-9.
